Objective
To enhance elderly participation and to promote self-help spirit, the College has changed from its traditional top-down approach to the University of the Third Age (U3A) model that promotes senior members as advocates, as managers, as tutors and as students themselves. The Centre was founded to enable people aged 50 and above to take up various administrative, managing and teaching roles themselves.
