Project Brief : |
|
|
Based on the life crises such as fall, depression or deception mostly faced by living-alone elders, this Project would design various life-crisis management programmes for the 3rd Age under a “Multi-disciplinary” and “Housing-Welfare-Community” collaboration approach in order to equip them the prevention skills for the coming will-be crises. Afterwards, the 3rd-Age learners of each programme would receive downstream education-skills training which then enable them to form a “4G Life-crisis Management Team”. Each team would, under the “4G” principle, self-manage their downstream-educational programmes, self-approach their neighbouring living-alone elders, self-set up a “Block-floor System” and self-educate the elders on Fibre-to-home-like approach which is as accessible and speedy as broadband network in providing safety nets for the living-alone elders and supporting them to age in place.
